Building a startup is a journey filled with lessons, pivots, and unexpected challenges. As we continue to grow, we’ve realized that certain principles guide our decisions, shape our culture, and define our success. Here’s what we’ve learned so far:
Principle 1: Consistency
Equation: f(x) = a
Our early days were filled with uncertainty, but we quickly learned that stability is key. Instead of chasing every new idea, we focused on consistent execution.
Principle 2: Growth = ∫
Workload dx
Equation: f(x) = ax + b
To grow, we had to embrace consistency. Every decision, every product, every hire update compounds over time. The lesson? Small, deliberate steps lead to sustainable growth, rather than expecting overnight success.
Principle 3: Success = ∫
Growth dx
Equation: f(x) = ax^2 + bx + c
Growth leads again to more Growth. Hence it is a self enforcing effect.
Our Core Beliefs
Execution matters more than ideas. A good idea with poor execution goes nowhere.
Consistency: Maybe the most undervalues skill and necessary key-metric is to build constantly over time.
Simplicity beats complexity. The best solutions are often the simplest.
Long-term thinking wins. Short-term wins are great, but we’re here to build something that lasts.
If you’re on a similar journey, we’d love to hear what principles have guided you.
